Coverking was founded in 1986. Since then, Coverking purchased various automotive companies, some of which dated back to 1974. Quality, Technology, and Service lead to our stellar Customer Satisfaction, are the basis of all product lines.

 

Coverking was founded in Southern California by an Industrial and Electrical Engineer who worked in Southern California's Aerospace Defense industry. The experience and knowledge acquired over decades of work on the most sophisticated defense weapons systems was applied to the relatively backward industry of cut-and-sew custom automotive accessories.

 

Advanced CAD/CAM systems which were designed for aerospace use were purchased for making Custom Dash Covers. Overkill, perhaps, but it brought the Dash Cover market (which was content with production times of 30 days) quite a jump in business when Coverking began supplying a custom, one-off product in 1 day. The accuracy and precision of the CAD and CAM systems lead to previously unattainable levels of pattern quality, and the automation created efficiencies which allowed Coverking to produce better fitting product, in a fraction of the time, for less money that the competitors of the day.

 

This same recipe was later applied to Custom Floor Mats, Custom Car Covers, Custom Seat Covers and Custom Sunshields. With each of these product lines, Coverking gained market share and raised the bar for the automotive aftermarket. Coverking continues to expand into markets where quality and efficiency are rewarded, while maintaining it's main manufacturing base in California, and it's commitment to our employees, suppliers and customers.

Custom Car Covers now available in the most advanced material, Stormproof - Coverking Custom Car Covers are now available in Stormproof material - the latest advancement in Custom Car Cover fabrics. Stormproof Custom Car Covers are more resistant to the elements because the Stormproof Custom Car Cover material is Untreated! Most Car Cover materials are treated or coated to provide protection from the elements. Stormproof Custom Car Covers are inherently water, sun, ice and dust resistant. Washing most Car Covers will strip away the protective coating. Custom Car Covers made from Stormproof remain as resistant to the elements as the day they were produced.

 

Coverking Custom Dash Covers are available for all vehicles. Custom Dash Coversused to be available in just two fabrics, but Coverking Custom Dash Covers are now available in special Dash Cover neon edging and Dash Cover designer prints.

Shipping

Coverking Products are shipped by USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEX unless the retailer chooses another method. All Coverking products can be shipped without resitriction, and do not incur oversize charges. If you have ordered a Coverking product, it can be tracked if you have the order number and destination zipcode.

 

Coverking ships international orders at the direction of our distributors. Orders placed with the Coverking Store can only be shipped within the 50 United States.

 

Orders are shipped from the Coverking factory in Anaheim, California.

If an order was damaged in transit, refuse the order. If you found the damage after signing for the package, immediately contact Coverking.

Warranty

Coverking products have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted on the product pages. If a product fails under normal use during the warranty period, Coverking will repair or replace the product. Such warranty claims must be issued an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number, email Include your Coverking Store order number (or the name of the store you purchased from), your contact information, and a brief description of the reason for return.

Returns

At Coverking, we do not accept any returns on Dash Covers, Custom Seat Cover and Custom Car Covers. These items are made for your specific vehicle per your order. We DO NOT ACCEPT any returns for wrong color given, wrong year given, wrong make given or wrong model given.

 

We will fix or exchange any defective items do to our workmanship. Defective item(s) will be exchanged with an identical item.

 

Item(s) cannot be returned for any reason stated above after 30 days from ship date.

 

Note: The color settings on your monitor may cause the colors displayed on this screen to vary slightly from the actual colors of our dash cover materials. If you’re uncertain about a product’s actual color, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Return Procedures

All returns must include a RGA code before it can be returned. Once you contact us via E-mail returns@coverking.com or phone 800 (COVERKING) and we have discussed with you the problem to be resolved, the RGA code will be given to you through E-mail. Once you have received a RGA code please be sure to write it across the box so it is legible and verifiable. The item must be repackaged in the original box with all parts, plastic bags, and instruction sheets. The item must be repackaged exactly as it was originally shipped. If anything is missing or is damaged other than what was originally claimed in previous E-mails, you, the customer, will be liable for those damages. The return will be voided and there will be no credit given.

 

If any return is made without an RGA code, no credit will be given. If any item is returned for any other reason than what was stated previously (above) then no credit will be given.

 

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
